Viewing FAA HQ Personnel Data
You can view detailed data for a member of the FAA HQ personnel by using the Update FAA HQ Personnel screen, which you access by using one of the Manage FAA HQ Personnel screen’s Action column buttons. The available Action column button(s) are determined by the current user’s type. For System Admin and FAA Insurance Analyst users, clicking the Edit button for a row opens the Update FAA HQ Personnel screen for the row’s person (Note: The screen will be in Edit mode). For Help Desk Technician users, clicking the View button opens the Update FAA HQ Personnel screen.
To View FAA HQ Personnel Data on the Manage FAA HQ Personnel Screen:

Open the User Management | Manage FAA HQ Personnel screen:

Mouse-over the User Management menu tab and then click the Manage FAA HQ Personnel item from the displayed User Management menu.

Click the User Management menu tab and then click the Manage FAA HQ Personnel link on the User Management screen.
The system displays the Manage FAA HQ Personnel screen with FAA HQ Personnel List.

Use the screen’s FAA HQ Personnel List to locate the person for whom you need information. Use the grid’s scroll and page controls to navigate through the list as needed.
The FAA HQ Personnel data includes the following:
Name (Required): Person’s FAA employee name in format of “Last Name, First Name”.
Title: Person’s Professional title within the FAA organization. Note: This field is also sometimes used to indicate personnel changes within the organization (For example, “No longer with [ORG-ID]).
Phone (Required): Person’s Primary phone number.
Fax: Office facsimile machine number
User ID: Person’s FAA Network User ID.

To view FAA HQ personnel detailed data:

System Admin and FAA Insurance Analyst users: Click the chosen row’s Edit button (displayed in the Action column).

Help Desk Technician users: Click the chosen row’s View button.

Click the Cancel button to close the screen.
The system closes the screen and redisplays the Manage FAA HQ Personnel screen.
